At GreenDotLife we are working hard to create the best user experience for practitioners who want to discuss all aspects of work/life at the Firm. One of the things we are most concerned about is protecting your privacy, here's how we try and keep things anonymous.

1. The registration e-mail sent to your Firm e-mail will only include a link to activate your account and WILL NOT INCLUDE your GDL Username. The link itself only contains a random-seed hash code that is 100% impossible to track. Your Firm email account is never stored on the GDL servers; it only exists in memory temporarly in the registration page as the email variable is passed into the phpBB emailer script. When the emailer script is finished executing, the email address is released from memory.

2. The personal e-mail that you use to administer your account (password changes, etc.) is not revealed to anyone (unless you choose to do so).

3. We will NEVER contact you afterwards at your Firm e-mail.
