Elevator Etiquette

I've already written posts about Cell Phone Etiquette and even rules to calling Shotgun. It's time to explain to people how to stand and operate in an elevator.

My favorite rule is in Chapter 1, Section B, Paragraph i. It declares that one should...

NEVER re-push the call button after someone else has already pushed it. This indicates that you do not trust the person that has already pushed the button to do an adequate job of it.
