Are there any levels within Partner/Principal designation?
I know they have various client, non-client roles with practice head, industry lead, office head etc..but are there any specific levels partner/principal levels based on pfredefined criteria.

I don't know if there are "criteria" for PPDs like there are for every other level but you are correct that they can advance from being just a "partner" to service line leads, industry leads etc... There is also something called a "managing partner" for each office that is essentially the head of that office. Other than that I think the next step is CEO Laughing
